Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns or replacements for study lamps under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Product unused and in original condition hona chahiye

Original box, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact hone chahiye

Return request delivery ke 7 days ke andar raise karna hoga

Product me manufacturing defect, transit damage, ya wrong item delivered hona chahiye

Non-Returnable Cases

Study lamp return / replacement ke liye eligible nahi hoga agar:

Product used, installed, ya physically damaged ho

Damage customer handling, power fluctuation, water exposure, ya misuse se hua ho

Original packaging ya accessories missing ho

Return request 7 days ke baad raise ki gayi ho

How to Request a Return / Replacement

Return ya replacement ke liye hume contact karein with:

Order Number

Reason for return/replacement

Clear images/video (mandatory) showing defect, damage, or issue

 Without images/video, request process nahi ki jayegi.

Refund Policy

Once the returned study lamp is received and inspected, we will inform you about approval or rejection.

✔ If Approved:

Refund original payment method me process hoga

Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank/payment gateway par depend karega)

✖ If Rejected:

Product customer ke registered address par wapas ship kar diya jayega

Late or Missing Refunds

Agar refund nahi mila ho:

  1. Apna bank account check karein

  2. Bank ya card provider se contact karein

  3. Fir bhi issue ho to hume email karein

Return Shipping Charges

Customer-initiated returns me return shipping cost customer bear karega

Agar product defective ya incorrect ho, to shipping cost Pinch bear karega

Shipping charges non-refundable hote hain

Replacement Policy

Replacement stock availability par depend karega

Agar replacement available nahi hua, to customer ko:

    • Refund, ya

    • Store credit (as applicable)
      diya jayega
